The Latvian European Community Studies Association (LECSA) unites people at universities in the country, who are interested in teaching and research in European Studies.

The LECSA was launched in the year 2000. Since 2003/2004 academic year Latvian Network activities are supported by the European Commission, Jean Monnet Project Grant.
