Otrajā Latvijas Universitātes (LU) Biznesa, vadības un ekonomikas fakultātes (BVEF) un lidosta “Rīga” rīkotajā “Mobility City Challenge 2022” hakatonā, kas notika 23. līdz 25. septembrim, piedalījās 105 studenti no sešām Latvijas augstskolām. Sīvā konkurencē uzvarēja un 1000 eiro balvu, kā arī iespēju piedalīties sacensību fināla posmā Barselonā (Spānijā) ieguva komanda RIX3027 - Rihards Mežiņš (LU), Ridhan Parvendhan (RTU), Lita Bogdanova un Beāte Monta Eihe (Banku augstskola). “Interesanti, ka hakatona uzvarētāji komandu izveidoja uz vietas, lai gan lielākā daļa studentu uz pasākumu jau nāca ar izveidotām komandām. Uzvarētājkomandas ideja ir mērogojams 24/7 bērnudārzs lidosta teritorijā, sākotnēji darbiniekiem, bet vēlāk pasažieriem un plašākai auditorijai, kas saņēma visaugstāko žūrijas vērtējumu,” uzver hakatona organizatore LU BVEF asoc. prof. You have the option of either accepting the programme you have been chosen for or you can decline the first programme you were accepted to and see if you get in from the waiting list. If you choose the fist option please note that accepting to participate in the programme you have been selected for may result in losing your place on the waiting list for the second programme (students with no programmes will be given priority). For the eighth year, the University of Latvia (LU) organized the "Summer School of Latvian Language and Culture" for everyone who is interested to improve their Latvian language skills and expand their knowledge of Latvian history, art, and folklore. The University of Latvia (UL) has developed the guidelines for the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the study process, and will introduce these guidelines in its daily work. Latvijas Universitāte ir uzsākusi informatīvu kampaņu “Studijas bez pārtraukuma”, kurā augstskolas mācībspēki un jau esošie studenti aicina vakcinēties, atgādinot, ka tikai vakcinēšanās ir solis tuvāk studijām klātienē. “Studijas bez pārtraukuma” – tas ir viens no iemesliem vakcinēties, norāda kampaņas dalībnieki. Vakcinētām personām nav jāievēro pašizolācija, tātad, ja studiju laikā saslims kāds students vai mācībspēks, vakcinētajiem kursabiedriem un kolēģiem nebūs jāpavada laiks pašizolācijā. Studentiem nebūs jākavē lekcijas, bet mācībspēkiem neradīsies problēmas ar studiju procesa nepārtrauktības nodrošināšanu. Vakcinējies – mēs gribam satikties rudenī studijās klātienē!
