The meeting will be held on 6 June from 09:00 to 16:30 CET at the Circular Room of the Department of Law of the University of Palermo, but it will also be possible to participate online through the Microsoft Teams platform. The meeting will consist of several sessions during which the work done will be evaluated and the results achieved by the Lab will be presented. In the first part of the morning there will be an opening session and an evaluation session of the pilot period; after the coffee break there will be a session presenting the results of the Lab and one on the students' experience. In the afternoon, the future of the Diversity and Migration Lab in the new funding period will be discussed. FORTHEM is a collaboration of different members - academics, administrative staff and students - on different levels that actively participate in the decision-making and monitoring procedures of the alliance. We have designed effective coordination and management structures, which ensure progress towards the joint objectives and transparent communication reaching all levels of alliance universities. The management structure includes a Steering Committee, Coordination Commission, five Mission Boards and Coordinating offices for the practical management.

Teachers’ beliefs influence their classroom activities and students’ involvement in learning more than knowledge or curriculum, beliefs can slow down the implementation of educational reforms, the introduction of new practices, or support it. Exploring beliefs is difficult, teachers may not be open in expressing existing beliefs, or they may be unsure of their own beliefs, replacing them with slogans that are socially acceptable narratives. The purpose of this study is to identify teachers’ beliefs that characterize student teaching, additionally evaluating how these beliefs affect teacher agency. Kursa mērķis ir nostiprināt un pilnveidot studentu lasīšanas, klausīšanās, runas un rakstīšanas iemaņas vācu valodā uz nozares leksikas bāzes, nostiprināt prasmi veidot tēzes, pārskatus un kopsavilkumus par nozares literatūru. Īpaša uzmanība tiek veltīta nozares tekstu tulkošanas iemaņām (terminoloģijai un sintaksei/ konstrukcijām). Eiropas Savienības (ES) fondu atbalsta aktivitātes “Inovāciju granti studentiem” otrajai atlases kārtai pieteikti deviņi projekti. Projektu pieteikumus plānots vērtēt līdz šā gada 12.jūlijam un līgumu slēgšana paredzēta trešajā ceturksnī. “Inovāciju granti studentiem” otrajā atlases kārtā studējošo inovāciju veicināšanai paredzēts ieguldīt vairāk nekā 5,3 miljonus eiro, no tiem 4,5 miljonus eiro no ES fondiem, kā arī piesaistot privāto finansējumu vairāk nekā 800 000 eiro apmērā. Viena projekta īstenošanai maksimālais publiskais finansējums ir 900 000 eiro. Studentu inovāciju programmu ietvaros tiek īstenoti inovāciju spēju attīstības pasākumi, piemēram, studentu biznesa/inovāciju pirmsinkubatori un inkubatori, inovatīvu izstrāžu darba grupas, inovāciju konkursi, hakatoni, vasaras skolas, tīklošanās, ideācijas pasākumi u.c.. Datorikas fakutlātes bakalaura studiju programma "Datorzinātnes" un 1. līmeņa profesionālās augstākās izglītības studiju programma "Programmēšana un datortīklu administrēšana" paredz obligātu ražošanas praksi ārpus Universitātes otrā studiju gada pavasara semestrī. Ik gadu mūsu studneti dodas praksē uz apmēram 60 uzņēmumiem. Prakses laikā studentiem nav nekādu nodarbību Universitātē, tomēr paralēli praksei studentiem jāizstrādā kvalifikācijas darbs. Formāli prakse un kvalifikācijas darbs nav saistīti, taču stipri paveicies būs tam studentam, kas praksē paveikto varēs noformēt arī kā kvalifikācijas darbu. Pēc studenta izvēles, prakse var būt saistīta vai nu ar programmēšanu, vai ar datortīklu administrēšanu. Datorikas fakultāte slēdz trīspusējus līgumus ar studentu un prakses organizāciju. Līgums neparedz nekādus finanšu norēķinus. Ja prakses organizācija vēlas, tai nav liegts pieņemt studentu darbā, taču tas ir tikai šīs organizācijas un studenta jautājums. Mēs akceptējam tikai
