The Global Entrepreneurship Summer School (GESS) is looking for impact-driven and dedicated students from all around the world! During this virtual program, 50 international students will immerse themselves into “Impact Entrepreneurship” and develop sustainable and innovative solutions surrounding the issues of “Planetary Health “. Applications will be accepted until April 17, 2022. Admission procedure will take place in website www.globalsummerschool.org The global virtual program will take place from 29.07. – 06.08.2022. During GESS, students from diverse backgrounds are challenged to develop entrepreneurial solutions to societal challenges. This isn't just another Zoom call – it's an exciting, emotional and memorable experience that brings together people from all around the world. On March 10th, the 47th scientific research conference for students in the Pierīga region took place. As experts and reviewers in the computer science/informatics and mathematics sections, leading researchers from the Institute of Clinical and Preventive Medicine of the University of Latvia, Arnis Kiršners and Sergejs Paršutins, participated. The interdisciplinary evaluation committee established by the National Centre for Education of the Republic of Latvia evaluated the works of the State ZPD conference in all fields of science (natural sciences, humanities and arts, engineering and technology, agriculture, forestry and veterinary sciences, medicine and health sciences, social sciences) by evaluating student posters and their subsequent discussions.
