The exchange programme developed by the above mentioned partner universities offers a wide range of study options and concerns undergraduates, masters, doctorates, post-doctorates and academic staff mobility from 11 universities: Westminster International University in Tashkent (Uzbekistan), Bukhara State University (Uzbekistan), South-Kazakh State University (Kazakhstan), Almaty Technological University (Kazakhstan), Kyrgyz Economical University (Kyrgyzstan), Issykul State University (Kyrgyzstan), Tashkent Pediatric Institute (Uzbekistan), Technological University of Tajikistan (Tajikistan), Khorog State University (Uzbekistan), Karaganda Economical University (Kazakhstan), Astana Medical University (Kazakhstan)) for the purposes of studying in Europe. The consortium will select candidates based on their academic achievements, personal motivation, socially-economic status and their willingness to return to home country after they have accomplished the necessary curriculum in chosen programmes thus avoiding brain drain and ensuring the academic quality of programmes. Every participating student will be able to stay in one of the European Union partner universities for a period ranging from 6 months up to the time needed to fully accomplish the Master’s degree programme. Academic staff will be able to stay for a shorter period - only a month.
