This Symposium  would not have been a success without you! 21.05.2013  Everything is almost ready for your arrival and all the members of RIGA LINCS2013 Organising Committee are looking forward to meeting you at the Symposium. We would like to remind those participants who are planning to pay the Symposium fee on arrival that we are unable to accept the payment in foreign currencies. Please, exchange your currency before the registration and buy the necessary sum in lats (56 LVL + 10LVL for evening reception + 20 LVL for Symposium closing party). The registration will start from 8:30 in the Entrance Hall in Raiņa 19. The Opening Ceremony will start at 9 a.m. in Aula Magna. Welcome to Riga!

 

14.05.2013  The countdown to RIGA LINCS2013 Symposium has stated! We all are impatiently looking forward to meeting you in Riga. The registration will start on 23rd May at 8:30 a.m. in the entrance hall  in Raiņa bulvāris 19.

30.04.2013   We kindly ask RIGA LINCS2013 presenters to bring with them, if necessary, a suffucient number of handouts,  as we are unable to offer free copying and printing out at the time of the Symposium.

The nearest facility is a Copy Pro center located in the building next to the conference venue. They offer complete 24/7 services, including self-service, for reasonable prices.

Please send your requests to Zigrida Vincela at zigrida.vincela@lu.lv 8.04.2013  All the participants of the Symposium are kindly asked to register by 10th April, so that it were possible to prepare the detailed programme of the Symposium as early as possible. The fee for participation may be paid later. 25.03.2013  Due to great interest in our event and especially large number of oral presentations this year, we are unable to accept any more requests for registration from those who intend to attend the Symposium without giving a presentation.
