What can I get from coaching? Coaching consultation is a goal-oriented process. The purpose of the consultation is to be more clearly aware of your goals and to define the steps that need to be taken to achieve the goal. Coaching also provides a clearer self-awareness. The topic of consultation can be related to every area of life. Apply for coaching by writing to karjera@lu.lv For high school students, LU students and University of LUgraduates, counseling is free of charge. For the rest of the interested parties – 25 EUR. Coaching is also available online.

of studies The field of anthropology in Latvia and the University of Latvia is new and needs to be strengthened as a resource, promoting the competitiveness of study programs and opening them to capable anthropologists on a European and global scale. UL will not only gain a strong and foreign program capable of attracting foreign students, but will allow to improve the study process in general by introducing the academic experience of other countries in the study process. As a result of the project, one anthropologist with a doctoral degree will be attracted with the help of a scholarship. During the receipt of the scholarship, the anthropologist will perform full-time academic work, training students and attracting funds for research, which next year will allow the lecturer to join international research projects and perform study work in parallel in accordance with regulations. In the first Ombudsman simulation in 2016, the winner was University of Latvia's Faculty of Law student Inita Čīma. In the judges' evaluation, the Best Written Work was submitted by the runners-up – University of Latvia students Monta Krone, Kristiāna Bernāne, and Maija Laure. Monta Krone was also recognized as the Best Orator. The finalists were given the opportunity to nominate the winner of the "Best Judge" category, which was awarded to Ineta Ziemele, a graduate of the University of Latvia's Faculty of Law and a judge of the Constitutional Court. Information about the students' achievements was published in the "Jurista Vārds" magazine on May 12, 2016 .

constitutional bodies and public administration institutions in a democratic state and various problematic issues in their operation. Also, an important task of the course is to deepen students' knowledge of the content of fundamental human rights, especially within the framework of the principle of harmony, i.e. looking in the context of Latvian and international regulation and judicial practice in the field of fundamental human rights. From the point of view of administrative law, the task of the course is to provide a modern insight into the principles of public administration, the right to a fair trial in the administrative procedure and the procedure of administrative offence, as well as the understanding of the concept of fair compensation in legal science. As a result of learning the course, the student should understand the competence of constitutional bodies and state administrative institutions, their operating principles, practical realization and problems.
