Preparation for Studies in France

To undertake this course, the students’ level in French must reach the “B1.1” level set accordingly to the “Cadre commun européen de référence” (“Common European Framework of Reference for Languages”). The objective of this course is to develop oral and written competences in French in the academic context and to develop a sound knowledge of the French academic culture. Students will learn to act in everyday life situations during their stay in France, learn about various aspects of student life and the communication situations that can be experienced, they will have the opportunity to practice their language and communication skills, as well as acquire new communicative competence in the university context. Simulations and role-playing will be used in this course as the main teaching approach. The course materials will consist from teacher designed and authentic documents.
