The aim of the course is to strengthen theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of Asian regions, languages and communication culture, to provide students with the opportunity to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge of different Asian regions, languages and cultures in a real workplace under the supervision of a specialist, describing the experience in an academic paper, as well as get acquainted with the projects, offers and foreign partnerships of a specific non-governmental organization, state, local government or company in the mentioned field. The objectives of the course are: 1. to identify career opportunities, fields of work and jobs in Latvia and abroad for graduates of BSP “Asian Studies”; 2. to perform work duties in a real workplace under the supervision of a supervisor, applying theoretical knowledge about Asian regions, their cultures and languages; 3. to prepare for the future profession, to create a CV and a contact network in the professional field; 4

skills and skills to implement the learning process by evaluating the integrated methodologies for learning areas in the context of sustainable education. 5. Promote the development of the personal attitudes and critical thinking of learners by integrating theories and knowledge from fields of educational contact and using them in practice, independently and in cooperation with colleague. The aim of the course is to provide students with the opportunity to acquire knowledge of the concept, methods, research design and development in the field of comparative literature, thereby providing a basis for assessing the interaction of texts and the transfer of ideas to different literary cultural spaces, as well as to analytically identify and study typological regularities, and general correlations in texts and text formation process. The course focuses particularly on the continuity and transformations of the ancient text tradition and examples of world literary classics, as well as the interplay of national literatures, typological regularities, borrowed plots and literary contacts in various directions of literature. Objectives of the study course: 1. to acquaint students with general information regarding the concept, methods, research and research development process in the field of comparative literature; 2. to promote research skills in the active application

in the laboratory, to develop knowledge about safe work methods and possible risks when coming into contact with chemicals; • to develop skills to obtain inorganic compounds and characterize their properties, as well as use reference literature to find various characteristics constants. The study course is taught in Latvian.
