The Computational Systems Biology Group (CSBG) is looking for a young researcher with practical experience in constraint based stoichiometric modeling of microbial metabolism to work on metabolic engineering of organisms with narrowed flux variability for the work in GenCon project. Narrowed flux variability will enable implementation of new principles into the control systems of bioreactors in collaboration with the JSC Biotehniskais Centrs.
