Academic CentreThe event will bring together policy makers, project partners, social media and HR experts as well as adult learners to discuss the project results and good practices how use of social media facilitated new or better employment opportunities of persons over 50 as well as the learning model (BOOSTER) for adult population that was piloted during the project implementation. This model is aims to reduce the gap in digital skills of adults to foster their employability and orientation in digital environment.

Aicinām visus interesentus piedalīties projekta “AgeFactor” noslēdzošajā pasākumā, lai tiktos ar politikas veidotājiem, projekta starptautiskajiem partneriem, sociālo mediju un cilvēkresursu (Human Resources) ekspertiem, kā arī pieaugušajiem 50+, lai diskutētu par projekta rezultātiem, veiksmes stāstiem (par to kā sociālo mediju lietošana ir uzlabojusi vai veicinājusi pieaugušo personu darba iespējas) un apmācību moduli pieaugušo digitalo prasmju pilnveidošanai, kas tika izstrādāts un testēts projekta ietvaros
