During the seminar, Dr. Ethan Romero-Severson from Los Amos National Laboratory in the USA and Dmitry Gromov from UL Faculty of Physics, Mathematics, and Optometry will give a mini-course on “Dynamic triage of limited public health resources: models as tools for making real-world decisions”, continued by the presentations of course participants and a panel discussion. At the seminar, you will have the opportunity to elaborate on the challenges you are facing and discuss possible directions for cooperation. The event will be held in English.
The seminar is organized by the Mathematics Department of the Faculty of Physics, Mathematics, and Optometry of the University of Latvia and the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Latvia with the financial support of BAFF - Baltic-American Freedom Foundation.
