The title "Mindful Mobility" reflects not only care for the environment around us but also ourselves and our inner world. It is an invitation to make choices that benefit mental and physical well-being.
From more than 30 submitted photos, 3 prize-winners were selected. The photo with the highest recognition is a photo submitted by a Czech student Tomáš Černý, who is currently on his Erasmus+ study mobility at LU, depicting a run into the Baltic Sea, receiving the first place. The second and third places are shared by UL students Victoria Vidiburskis with a photo from her mobility in the Czech Republic and Laura Laimiņa from her mobility in France.
We thank every student who shared their memories and experiences from their mobility! All photos can be viewed on the bulletin board next to room 125 at the UL main building, Raiņa bulvāris 19.
If you are inspired to go on a mobility and also gain heartfelt memories for life, consider the chance of going on a long-term (2-12 months) or short-term (5-30 days) mobility, both for studies and internships!

 of University of Latvia (UL) organized a photo contest "Mindful Mobility" as part of ERASMUS DAYS 2024. Both Latvian and international exchange students were invited to submit photos from their adventures. The theme was to highlight a healthy, sustainable and green lifestyle, sports activities and mutual understanding of cultures.
