CONFERENCE
It is an international project where you while working in a team, will have a chance to work on the real-life problem given by well-known companies and create a solution for it. If you create something that company likes, your team can get up to 3000€!
Want to apply? Go here - latvia.demola.net/apply and choose from 10 cases given by 9 companies. You can apply for 3 of them, prioritizing them from 1st to 3rd.
Don't think too long, because application period will end on January 31st.
Who can apply? It doesn't matter if you are a first-year bachelor student or already studying to get Ph.D., if you are studying in one of the universities in Latvia, you can apply!
When will we start? The Kick-off event will be on February 7th at 6 pm (RTU Design Factory, Kispalas Street 6), before that you will get a call or an email from us about your application.
When will this season of DEMOLA end? Final Pitch will be on May 8th

What DEMOLA Latvia do?
DEMOLA Latvia facilitates co-creation projects between students from all universities in Latvia and companies, with the aim to find innovative solutions to the needs of companies that are seeking for the spark of creativity, design thinking and new products.
What will You have to do?
At first, you have to be ready to invest at least 15h per week for this. Starting from the Kick-off till the Final_PITCH event, you and your team will work to create a solution for your case. In this period of time we will organize special workshops, please take a look at the schedule here. In these workshops, you will have a great chance to learn new things that will help you to develop a successful solution for your problem case. You will work in a multidisciplinary team and will also communicate with people from the company.
Why should You apply?
You will meet new people, make strong connections for future with people from well-known companies and possibly get your future job in them, and if the project partner will say that case solution is of a good quality, your team can be rewarded with up to 3000€!
Remember, in DEMOLA you will work on real-life challenge provided by partner organization so this won't be just a theoretical task from textbooks.
