CONFERENCE
Both 2-week and 3-week programmes introduce the crucial changes in two Baltic societies, brought up by the collapse of communism.
Lectures on a variety of topics concerning social, political and economic issues will be provided by the professors of the participating universities. Special meetings with top-qualified practitioners are part of the programme, as well as visits to governmental and NGO institutions and enterprises.
Students will also benefit from a cultural programme that introduces Latvian and Estonian society, culture and history in a wider perspective. Students will visit different museums and attend guided city walking tours.
2-week programme:
Credits: 4 ECTS;
Fee: 1590 EUR;
Duration: July 2 – 15, 2017 (Riga and Tallin)
3-week programme:
Credits: 7 ECTS;
Fee 1985 EUR;
Duration: July 2 – 22, 2017 (Riga, Tallin, Tartu)
