CETS Project Coordinator and ESMP Lecturer Janis Aprans has passed away

We regret to inform you that our dear colleague & great friend, Jānis APRĀNS, passed away on Monday night, 22nd September, in Riga. Our sincere condolences to his family and friends! May Your soul rest in peace!

Jānis Aprāns, has been a project coordinator and researcher at the Centre for European and Transition Studies (CETS) as well as lecturer at the European Studies Master’s Programme (ESMP) of the University of Latvia.
