Student of the ESMP received the CCI Paris IDF Diploma of the French language

Diploma in Professional French (DFP) test the candidate’s aptitude and competence to use written and oral French in various areas of professional life and on different levels. It is issued by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Region Paris - Ile-de-France.

Andrei Zavialov, 2^nd year student of the ESMP about his experience:

I study French for already 10 years: started at school and continue at the university within the European Studies Master's Programme at the University of Latvia.

French classes are taught by Madame Jeļena Lozbiņeva using special methodology for beginners. As I already had some knowledge in French, lectures at the university allowed me to repeat basic knowledge and improve my level of the language.

Moreover Madame Lozbiņeva proposed me to pass the exam of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Region Paris - Ile-de-France for level B1. Importance of the diploma which is issued by the high level institution in France and confirmation of my knowledge for my entire life (it doesn’t have the date of expire) motivated me to take this opportunity. It was not that simple to pass such an exam, but I am happy that I've done that!

I am grateful that European Studies Master’s Programme provides such an opportunity to learn the French language and I am sincerely thankful to Mme Jeļena Lozbiņeva and my previous teachers for giving me knowledge of the language and training me.
