Invitation and Visa

An official invitation letter is available for participants upon request. The invitation will be arranged as an electronic version signed by representative of the Local Organizing Committee (PDF and/or JPEG files) and will be sent to participants by email attachments. Please inform us if you need original printed copy of invitation.

Those who need the entrance visa to Latvia, should send the following data required for each participant or accompanying person: family and given names, sex, date and place of birth, nationality, home address, and periods of stay in Latvia.
