Guidelines for Submission of Abstracts

The Local Organizing Committee invites participants to submit abstracts by April 1st, 2006. Extended abstracts in English should be no longer than three A4 pages of text plus black and white drawing or greyscale illustrations and references. The text should be prepared as a MS Word file (or as a RTF file) following this style:

Font: 12pt Times New Roman
Margins: 2 cm at the top and bottom and 2.5 cm on the left and right side
Other format: 1.5 line, justified.
Illustrations: should be prepared as jpeg or tiff files, inserted within the text, but should be sent also as attached files.

Abstracts are to be submitted as e-mail attachments to: Ervins.Luksevics@lu.lv, sending the text and illustrations as separate files. They should reach us by 1st April 2006.

Please name your files in the style like "9MAGECO_Familyname".

The abstract volume will be available at the meeting.
