2. There are many hotels in Jūrmala and Rīga, but usually many of them at the end of August are crowded and should be reserved in advance (please visit site http://www.kontakti.lv/en/ to search more hotels in the Rīga district).

Please note that persons are responsible for making their own reservations. Accommodation of the participants of the post-conference field trip will be organised along the route and organisers will book hotels in advance.
