Registration and payment for the rest participants

Researchers, politicians, and economists from countries of the Baltic, Mediterranean, and Black Sea regions are invited to participate in the Conference by presenting reports and/or attending discussion groups. Participants are requested to submit registration forms to the Conference Secretariat electronically (.rtf format) (dinab@latnet.lv) or by regular mail (Dina Berzina, University of Latvia, Institute of Atomic Physics and Spectroscopy, Raina blvd.19, Riga, LV-1586, Latvia) by March 31.

The topics proposed for parallel sessions and discussion groups:

• economic and political frameworks
• science for sustainable development

Conference fee (90 €) should be made by direct bank transfer to ZERI Balticum Foundation.
